1. Who we are

Marketing Dashboard AI is a service of Marketing Revolution BV, established at Kwikstaartlaan 42, 3704 GS Zeist, registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 84391204. We are responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this statement. You can direct any questions about privacy to privacy@marketingdashboard.ai.

2. What data we process

When you take the Business Scan, book a strategy call, get in touch, sign up for a plan or the masterclass, or call us or send us a WhatsApp message, we process the data needed for that purpose: your name, company name, email address, phone number, the sector you work in and the content of your message or conversation. If you call our number or send a WhatsApp message, that conversation is answered and recorded by our AI, so that we can follow up with you properly.

When you visit the website, we process technical data such as your IP address, the type of browser and the pages you visit. See also the section on cookies.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, schedule a call, perform an agreement and inform you about our services. The legal bases for this are the performance of an agreement or the preparation of one, your consent where it has been requested, and our legitimate interest in improving our services and website. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time.

4. How long we keep data

We do not keep your data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. We keep data relating to an enquiry or conversation for as long as the contact continues and for a maximum of two years thereafter. We keep data relating to an agreement for as long as the law requires, for example seven years for our accounting records.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. For our services we work with suppliers who process data on our instructions, for example for hosting the website, sending email, handling phone calls and messages, scheduling appointments and processing payments. We conclude data processing agreements with these processors. Where a supplier processes data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards.

If Marketing Dashboard AI processes personal data on your behalf as a customer, for example the data of your customers in your inbox, calendar or customer overview, you are the controller and we are the processor. On request, we conclude a data processing agreement for this.

6. Cookies and measurement

Our own measurement works without cookies. We record which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked, without storing your IP address and without data that would allow us to recognise you. We do not ask for consent for this.

The chat, the calendar and the forms on this website come from our customer system. They store data in your browser (local storage) to keep track of the conversation, your appointment and your visit. In addition, the security service of that system places a strictly necessary cookie lasting about half an hour, to prevent misuse. These components only load once you give your consent for them. Without consent, you will see a button in their place that lets you load them after all.

If you give your consent, we also load Google Tag Manager. With it, we measure how visitors use the website (Google Analytics) and how our advertisements perform (Google Ads). For this purpose, Google places cookies and processes data such as your IP address, your device and browser, the pages you visit and which buttons you click, for example to the Business Scan or the payment page. We do not pass on any name, email address or phone number in doing so. Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area; this is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. The legal basis is your consent. If you say no, Google Tag Manager does not load. If you withdraw your consent later, no new data is collected.

Via Google Tag Manager, once you have given your consent, we also load the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland (Facebook and Instagram). With it, we measure how our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram perform, and we can show you one of our advertisements again later (retargeting). For this purpose, Meta places the _fbp cookie and processes data such as your IP address, your browser, the pages you visit and which buttons you click. We do not pass on any name, email address or phone number in doing so. Meta may process this data outside the European Economic Area; this is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. The legal basis is your consent. If you say no, the Meta Pixel does not load.

We store your choice in your browser, so that we do not have to ask you again each time. You can change or withdraw it with the button below: the consent banner will then appear again. You can also delete stored data via your browser settings.

7. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Connections to our website and systems are encrypted.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to object to its processing and to have your data transferred. Send your request to privacy@marketingdashboard.ai; we will respond within one month. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

9. Changes

We may amend this statement. The current version is always available on this page.
